The owners of acc are parking their cars on the first floor. The owners have paid so much for their parking lots and still parking on ground. I think we need to keep stickers on that cars parking like that , by which they would not repeat the mistake.

Any pics/no. plates/ names you can give?
Anyways, I do not think anyone would like it if we put stickers on their cars.
Maybe if we just find the owner and request him/her to put it back in the cellar?
Or how about towing it away? Twisted Evil
I'm joking.
Besides, this should have been in the complaints section ( I moved it here) but since you're new, it's okay.
